All Region Teams are selected using a combination of public polling, coaches polling and in house 517 Hoops analyst. The best hoopers in the 517 are selected in this process regardless of their grade or school. Out of a pool of roughly 300 athletes in the Capitol Region, we have selected three of the best 5 man squads the Capitol Region has to offer.
