517 Regional Computer Rankings, 12.24.23
Here are the 517 Hoops Regional Computer Rankings for 12.24.23. These rankings release every Sunday at 1pm. Our regional rankings are performance based rankings, roughly 95% of the rankings come from our TER Index, the remaining percentage come from our inhouse analyst who help balance out any outliers that may arise from our ranking algorithm. The TER Index evaluates all eligible teams on their wins, opponents win, MPR, opponents division, point spread and game location. These rankings are not based off popular opinion, instead are based off of season long statistics. The main objective of the regional rankings is to project post season probabilities for 517 Boys Basketball Teams during the 2024 MHSAA State Playoffs.
